RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Return Policy
Our products are food grade and, for safety and hygiene reasons, returns of opened or damaged packages are not possible.
We only accept returns if the product received is incorrect or damaged during transport.
In these cases, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to the address, attaching photos of the product and packaging.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If your package arrives damaged or the contents do not match your order, follow these instructions:

Accept the delivery "subject to inspection", reporting the problem to the courier.

Please report the damage or error to us within 48 hours of receipt, including clear images.
After verification, we will proceed to replace the product or, if necessary, to refund the full amount paid.
Refund Timeframes
If your refund is approved, the amount will be credited back within 5–7 business days using the same payment method used for the purchase.
We will send you a confirmation email as soon as the process is complete.
Cancelling an Order
You can request cancellation of your order only if it has not yet been shipped.
To cancel an order, please contact us promptly by email, indicating your order number.
Customized or Special Offer Products
Customized or promotional products are not eligible for refunds or replacements, except in the event of damage during shipping.
Right of Withdrawal (14 days)
Pursuant to current legislation, the customer can exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery only if the product has not been opened, used or damaged.

The refund will be made within 5–7 business days of receipt and verification of the integrity of the returned product, using the same payment method chosen during the purchase.
